- 4 роки тому зроблена вся ходова і рульове. з того часу машина наіздила максимум 20000 км. в нас довгі об'єкти, насос може місяць стояти на одній будові.
Виконані ремонтні роботи по насосній та стріловій частині:
- 2 роки тому - реставрація втулок і пальців на стрілі
- 1 рік тому заміна ущільнень головниз гідроциліндрів. заміна ущільнень на гідроциліндрах опорних лап.
- 6 місяців тому - капремонт шиберів, що включає встановлення нових футлярів, нових шиберів, нових ущільнень гідроциліндрів переключення шибера, нових бетонних поршнів. також була замінена муфта переключення в трансфербоксі (коробка передач яка відключає хід і підєднує 2 гідронасоса бетонної помпи.
- 1 місяць тому - капремонт Гідронасоса головного робочим об'ємом 80сс, - заміна всіх внутрішніх компонентів, залишився тільки корпус.
Продувається бетононасос від компресора вантажівки.
з недоліків так як все життя двигун працював в режимі неповного газу, природньо що підзаліпають кольца і він піддимлює але основній роботі насоса це ніяк не заважає.
Інформація про пробіг приблизна. така спецтехніка мало їздить.
На машиниу та бетононасос зібраний весь пакет інженерної і технічної документаці. Є креслення основних та швидкозношуваних запасних частин.
