Morgana DigiFold Pro 385 is Morgan’s latest product created together with engineers from Plockmatic. The device creases and folds sheets in one pass at a speed of up to 6,000 A4 sheets/h. Engineers have used the latest and most thoughtful technical innovations in the device. A bottom-loading system with a vacuum roller, the latest double-feed recognition system, a fast programmer and an additional creasing module have been used here, thanks to which it is possible to make creases at a distance of 1 mm from each other. After entering the format and thickness, the device will ask us about the type of fold we want to make, then automatically set the distance between the creasing rollers and lower the feeding tray onto which we can load up to 450 mm stack of paper sheets. A patented „flying knife” system was used for folding, thanks to which the device can work on sheets with a weight of 80 to 400 g/m. Instead of a creasing knife, we can install a perforation knife.
