Прибор для определения прочности покрытий при ударе Константа У1АПредназначен для определения прочности покрытий при ударе. Прочность на удар характеризует устойчивость покрытия к динамическим нагрузкам.Устройство:В основном приборы состоят из основания, в котором закреплена направляющая труба со шкалой, и  груза с бойком. В приборе «Константа У-3» вместо груза с бойком используется стальной шарик.Использование:Свободно падающий груз поднимают на требуемую высоту и сбрасывают на поверхность покрытия.Повреждения покрытия (растрескивания, отслаивания) выявляются визуально, либо с помощью приборов.  За прочность покрытия при ударе принимается высота падения груза (либо энергия, как произведение веса груза на высоту падения).Принцип контроля:Определяется повреждение покрытия при нанесении удара сферическим бойком с заданной энергией.
