TECHNOMAKS CARBON-973 is a professional hydrogen-based engine carbon cleaning machine developed to remove carbon and soot deposits accumulated inside gasoline, diesel, LPG and hybrid vehicle engines without dismantling major engine components.
CARBON-973 can generate up to 1,500 liters of hydrogen gas per hour, while the gas application time can be adjusted according to engine and vehicle requirements. The machine supports diesel engines up to 3,500 cc and gasoline engines up to 6,000 cc.
During the cleaning process, hydrogen is introduced into the engine in a controlled manner without requiring engine disassembly. The process helps clean carbon deposits from critical areas including air intake pipes, throttle body, injector tips, piston oil rings, piston surfaces, intake and exhaust valves, cylinder head air passages, MAF and MAP sensor areas, EGR valve, turbocharger and intake manifold.
Carbon deposits accumulated inside an engine may contribute to reduced performance, irregular operation, increased fuel consumption and higher exhaust emission values. CARBON-973 helps reduce these deposits and supports smoother, quieter and more efficient engine operation.
The cleaning duration can be adjusted according to engine condition and can be completed within approximately 1.5 hours. A typical treatment of around 45 minutes can help improve engine performance and recover performance losses caused by carbon accumulation.
