The Fudge Bar Production Line is a fully integrated production system that enables the production of milk, caramel, or chocolate fudge-based snack bars with high hygiene and efficiency. The semi-fluid fudge mixture undergoes cooking, cooling, shaping, cutting, and packaging stages, transforming it into products with a standard size and shape with a long shelf life.
Production Stages
1. Cooking and Mix Preparation
The fudge mixture (sugar, milk, oil, glucose, cocoa, etc.) is homogeneously prepared in special temperature-controlled cooking vessels. The degree of caramelization can be adjusted as desired.
2. Cooling and Crystallization
The cooked mixture is poured onto a large-surface cooling belt. During this stage, the product gains consistency and is prepared for shaping.
3. Forming
The cooled fudge is formed into uniform bar-shaped layers using special molding rollers or formatters.
4. Cutting
The cutting unit precisely cuts fudge bars to the desired length and width. The blade system can be heated or flat, depending on the product structure.
5. Coating and Decoration (Optional)
Bars can be transferred to the chocolate coating line. Nuts, coconut, dried fruit, etc. can be added for decorative purposes.
6. Packaging
The final product is hygienically packaged using flowpack or thermoforming packaging machines and made ready for shipment.

Üretim Aşamaları
1. Pişirme ve Karışım Hazırlama
Fudge karışımı (şeker, süt, yağ, glikoz, kakao vb.) özel ısı kontrollü pişirme kazanlarında homojen şekilde hazırlanır. Karamelizasyon seviyesi isteğe göre ayarlanabilir.
2. Soğutma ve Kristalizasyon
Pişirilen karışım, geniş yüzeyli soğutma bandına dökülür. Bu aşamada ürün kıvam kazanır ve şekillendirme için hazırlanır.
3. Şekillendirme (Forming)
Soğuyan fudge, özel kalıplama silindirleri veya formatlayıcılar yardımıyla bar şeklinde düzgün katmanlara dönüştürülür.
4. Kesme (Cutting)
Kesim ünitesi, fudge barları istenilen uzunlukta ve genişlikte, hassas bir şekilde keser. Bıçak sistemi, ürün yapısına uygun olarak ısıtmalı veya düz olabilir.
5. Kaplama ve Dekor (Opsiyonel)
Barlar, çikolata kaplama hattına alınabilir. Üzerine fındık, Hindistan cevizi, kurutulmuş meyve vb. malzemeler dekoratif olarak eklenebilir.
6. Ambalajlama
Son ürün, flowpack veya termoform ambalaj makineleriyle hijyenik şekilde paketlenerek sevkiyata hazır hale getirilir.
