- Before making a transfer, make sure that the specified details are correct, and whether they relate to the specified company.

CZ SCREEN MDS Drum Soil Screeners. The unique drum design with interchangeable screens allows for the installation of 3 different screen sizes. The screener can then theoretically sort into 3 fractions and oversize. This primarily applies to the MDS BIG model, which features a hopper with a conveyor belt and adjustable drum feeding speed. The MDS MIDI drum soil screener, with its gravity hopper equipped with a vibratory motor, can practically sort into two fractions and overs. This means you'll fit the first two screen segments with screens of the same mesh size, and the third segment with a different mesh size. For material discharge from under the screen, use belt conveyors. Our interchangeable screen solution also allows for the use of special perforated plate screens. This makes the MDS MIDI a versatile drum soil screener for many materials.
The foldable lower frame allows for easy handling and transport of the screener. A coarse screen on the hopper ensures that larger pieces of material, which could damage the drum, do not enter it. The screener features a rotating brush for drum cleaning. Thanks to the drum speed regulation and the ability to adjust the paddles for material movement within the drum, it's possible to set the maximum screening efficiency for the MDS MIDI drum screener for most material types. Compost, soil, sand, plastics, municipal waste, and other materials – our MDS MIDI can sort it all.
The MDS MIDI drum soil screener weighs only 1200 kg. And thanks to its foldable lower frame, it can be easily transported on a trailer behind a passenger car. This screener is suitable for loaders with a bucket width of up to 190 cm/volume of approximately 0.9 m³. So, if you have, for example, a WACKER NEUSON WL 34 or a BOBCAT L 85 loader, the MDS MIDI drum soil screener is the ideal machine for you.
