This O+H / KHS Hansacan can filler
blocked with a Ferrum can seamer
is a rotary can filling and seaming monoblock for beverage cans. Filler and seamer are joined as a single unit
so cans run from filling straight through to seaming in one continuous flow. The block is set up for standard 330 ml cans (can type 211 / 202) and reaches a rated output of approximately 20,000 cans per hour
depending on product and filling temperature
The block was previously in production in a commercial brewery filling 330 ml cans and is currently at the workshop undergoing a complete reconditioning before delivery. Filling parameters and production data are managed via a Siemens SIMATIC touch HMI
with machine control on a Siemens S7 PLC
