Headstock - Gearwheel bearings from reputable manufacturers, main place as well as main spindle manufacturing by Fermat, hydraulic tool clamping. Automatic lubrication is controlled centrally through the dispensers - the manufacturer Hytos. The machine has a telescopic covering of X- and Z axes. Machine surface adjustment - varnish according to RAL 5010 (blue – depending on customer´s wish). Electrical switchboard with programmable controller, control panel on headstock. CE cable lines are installed throughout the machine and between the machine and the electrical cabinets. Ručně řízená vodorovná vyvrtávačka s pevným stojanem a křížově přestavitelným stolem. Stroj je v následujícím provedení: Lože X, Z, Y broušeno, saně ofrézovány a podlity resp. podlepeny speciální hmotou s kluznými vlastnostmi (Turcitem, GS-super fluid apod.), klíny broušeny a zaškrabány. Upínací plocha stolu obroušena a zaškrabána (přefrézování drážek dle nutnosti). Osy X a Y jsou vybaveny trapézovými šrouby s maticemi – uloženo v ložiskových domcích. Vřeteník - ložiska ozubených kol od renomovaných výrobců, hlavní uložení jako i hlavní vřeteno výroba Fermat, hydraulické upínaní nástroje.
