The 60 kN Cell Block Leak Tester is designed for accurate and repeatable leak testing of single cells and cell stacks up to 200 mm in height. The system combines high force precision with fast and controlled motion
ensuring stable and consistent test results in both production and R&D environments
The integrated servo press provides precise force control with minimal overshoot while requiring low maintenance. The machine operates at speeds up to 80 mm/s and automatically reduces speed near the contact point before rapidly and accurately compressing to the predefined kN setpoint
For maximum flexibility
the system can be supplied with custom leak test tooling and specially designed interfaces tailored to the customer’s cell or stack configuration. An integrated laser sensor ensures accurate top-of-cell/stack position detection
while an optional pressure interlock enhances operational safety by preventing the press from opening if pressure is detected in any test circuit
The adjustable back tilt (0–20°) improves ergonomics and simplifies handling during testing
