Demag Cranes & Components - the name of the modern corporation, which was received in 2001. The company was founded in 1819 in Vettere, at first it was machine-building plant Harkort & Co, Issue bridge crane company started in 1840, in 1939, the existing industrial base, was established Demag Zug GmbH, in in 1974 it became part of the group company Mannesmann.
